bad is not enough toooo bad..i placed an order ;[protected] on 13th feb...still they are asking for one more day..they are cheating with fake adds..and that chat box is tooo worst..i am sending hundres of mesgs but no one is responding seriously on this...

My boyfriend ordered a gift for me on 12th Feb and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th .
I checked about the status on 14th morning and I was notified that it would be delivered by 14th EOD but I did not receive my order till date i.e 15th Feb, 2016.
There is no response from the customer support despite sending mails.
This is the worst experience I ever had.
I don't want the gift anymore. Kindly refund the money back.
