[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Delivery of order number[protected] is pending since a week | |
I have placed an order on 10th Feb, 2016 which was supposed to be delivered on 12th Feb, 2016. Till today the order has not been delivered. Every time I try to reach out to the customer care, I am either disappointed with my line not getting connected to the person or I am being given a false promise of delivery ASAP. I am unable to understand why are you making fake promises if you do not have the required infrastructure. I have also mailed to the customer care regarding my problem and to my biggest surprise, there is not even a courtesy mail reply that we are sorry for the trouble I am facing. Pathetic service.
