Sendmygift.com — Didn't receive the item I ordered

I ordered an item via sendmygift.com.
My order ID was[protected] for 14th Feb but it was not delivered.
They were not even professional enough to even mail or call me that why the item was not delivered. Really disappointed by their service and recommend it to anybody.
Even my money was not refunded.
