I have ordered flower basket with fruits to deliver to one of my friends 25th wedding anniversary. This was in bangalore and the order has been placed the previous day and the delivery time selected was 9 am to 12 noon.
First thing, they haven't delivered at the promised time, they have delivered the item at 10:45pm which is totally unacceptable. The item delivered was totally shabby, worst packaging and the flowers and fruits have gone bad. They have conveniently spoilt the occasion with their hopeless service and the product.
I have asked them to cancel the order in the evening but rudely they have confirmed that they cannot cancel the order. This is the worst online purchase one can make and they will happily spoil the good occasion for you.
My advise is stay away from this site.
