Sendmygift.com — Fraud company sent a fake sony headphone and refusing to replace it.

This is a fraud company, saying delivering emotions (I am appealing all consumers never to order from this website).

I ordered a sony mdrxb450 headphone from this company on 16th march 2016 via order no.[protected]and got delivered a fake sony headphone on 4th march2016.
I called them and informed them about this and also sent the pictures of the fake headphone received, they said they will look into it.
After that they didn't call me.

After registering a complaint in this forum on 11th april 2016 they called me and said that they will resolve this issue, after that i got a call from a lady called (Aswini) from sendmygift and she said that it is not a fake headphone and after i asked her to go through the pictures and compare with original one she said that that she will call me later.
After that i received a call today on 18th april 2016 from a lady called (Harini) of send my gift and she said me that the product that i received is a fake one and it will be replaced within 5 days, just after 20 minutes i got call again from another lady (Aswini) of sendmygift and she said that the product that i received is a original one and will not be replaced, i asked her whether i will get a warranty of one year or not, she said that they cannot give warranty on it, when asked about replacing the product they said that they cannot do so, and said also that they cannot refund the money by taking back the product.

I am attaching the pictures of the fake headphone and original headphone again.
Please go through it and provide me with justice.
This company is just fooling people by providing fake products.
