Hi,
I gave an order of Rs 229 with order id[protected] for 14th feb 2015. The site did not even send me any confirmation mail. Nobody picks up their contact at any time in the hour. It disconnects saying too much load, even at 1am in the morning. When I tried to contact via live support, they transfer to customer support and they do not respond. I want a refund on this product.

Updated by dipanjan1311 This is basically harassment. It has been 2 days and no the company has not taken any trouble to intimate me about the refund or any acknowledgement of it.
