Very bad experience of shopping with sendmygift.com . I have ordered flowers delivery on 14th Feb, supposed to delivered by 6am today. order ID[protected] is not trackable. Adding more there is no one who can take my call, though customer service is 24/7. Also I gave 149 INR extra for midnight delivery.Why you ppl take orders i[censored] dont deliver it . I have already clarfied in my first complaint for "REFUND of 478 INR" as flowers are not delivered and now no use of delivering them.How many more number of times do you want to ask??(pics attached for reference of deduction)
On 19th Feb I have already given all details to ur customer service agent via call.(attached pic )They said I will receive refund within 2 days. 2 days passed "REFUND STILL PENDING"
