Very bad experience of shopping with sendmygift.com . I have ordered flowers delivery on 14th Feb, supposed to delivered by 6am today. order ID[protected] is not trackable. Adding more there is no one who can take my call, though customer service is 24/7. Also I gave 149 INR extra for midnight delivery.Why you ppl take orders i[censored] dont deliver it . On 19th Feb I have already given all details to ur customer service agent via call.(attached pic )They said I will receive refund within 2 days. 2 days passed "REFUND STILL PENDING"
