First time visitor and was surprised to notice that after a prior order placement, that it would become such a worse nightmare that tracking it down would be impossible.

The chats /emails are not being responded. And the Customer Care number is just taken to fool the customers which just has the automated message - High call volume. Maybe since everybody would be wondering where did their parcel go.
I want my money back or at least my gift to be delivered !!!

Disappointed!! Whole surprise plan of gift for my hubby dashed to ground because of this stupid website !!!
I just order birthday gift one week advance and thought it would deliver on time but it didn't!!!
I feel cheated ;!!
Please don't order things from here!!
