[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Haven't received refund yet for a cancelled order from send my gift | |||||
I have ordered a gift from send my gift. Customer care assured to send the gift to receiver by 9pm but later told me they can't deliver by then since it was non perishable item. Later I cancelled the order as all executives were telling wrong information about the order and placed the complaint as well. Now I am calling customer care since then there is no one available there and no one is replying on mail as well. Seriously a first and a worst experience. Still waiting for my refund.
