[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — I am complaining about not delivery of product on time | |||||
I placed an order with Sendmygift on 13th Feb to be delivered on 14th Feb 2016. Order Number is[protected]. I called their support center a lot and enquired about my delivery and they informed that you have to wait till 9 p.m. it will come by 9.00 pm as it is a standard delivery. The live customer support is hell, they don't even bother to answer your chat. the executives are so rude that they don't even read the messages and reply their copy paste. the worst online service i experience with them only. Even their site is not properly working. It is 10.50 pm and not yet delivered . I ordered online through Sendmygift for 1st time and it is last... Was this information helpful? | |||||

I placed an order with Sendmygift on 13th Feb to be delivered on 14th feb 2016. Order Number is[protected]. I placed order after confirming with the customer support. I called and chat their live support centre alot since afternoon and enquired about my delivery and they informed that it will come by 9.00 pm as it is a standard delivery.
It is 11.00 pm and not yet delivered . Sendmygift promotes delivery emotions, but it play with our emotions . It is quite very embarrassing in front of the person for whom i planned the surprise and inspite of paying money we don't get the product and become fools . I ordered online through Sendmygift for 1st time and it is last...
