I ordered 2 gifts on website for valentines day but it wasn't delivered. The amt got deducted but the order status was pending. I emailed customer care but they never responded. On FB, they responded and said that it would be delivered but it did not. Later after 3 days of continuous emails and messages on FB, they replied on FB. I had to wait for 30 mins for one reply. They never told me what the problem was at their end. They refunded the amount to me and said that gift will still be delivered but they haven't delivered it yet. I Emailed again but waste. On FB they reply only one or 2 msgs. Even now I don't know what is their problem. The customer rep cant even communicate properly on FB. They are not delivering emotions. They are playing with ur money and emotions. Order no.[protected]
