I placed an order for a birthday cake today bearing order no[protected]. And i have enclosed the pictures of the cake in the condition it was found post opening of the pack. I immediately sent an e-mail with these pics to their customer support team and i receive a canned response from them asking me to allow them 24 hours to 48 hours time to investigate this. Someone's birthday got spoilt, you have seen the images... A quick way to resolve this case would have been to take this up immediately with the vendor extend their apology, resend the gift but these people have so poor customer care that they do not even listen to you and keep you moving around in circles... I asked for a senior manager i can talk to and some senior agent calls me only to put me into more disappointment. I strongly recommend that such companies should be investigated by the ciber crime cell and asked to shut business.
