Placed on october 28, 2016 11:39:27 am ist. the item was not delivered, not even a single email was answered and not even the money was returned. can anyone please help?

I did got an email once the order was booked as a confirmation that the item will be delivered the same day but since then the website of these people is not opening. i lost my money and a bad reputation as well among my family members.
