I would like to share my complete experience here.
I placed on order on 11th feb which was to be delivered on 13th feb by 10AM. I placed the order only after their executive confirmed that the order will be delivered on time.
On 13th I called them at 10 and they promised that product will be delivered by 11 and the product was already dispatched. The product did not arrive as promised. I called them again at 12 and they promised to deliver by 2. At 2 they promised me to deliver by 4. At 4 by 6 and then at 6 by 9. Finally when I called them at 9, they told me that my PAYMENT WAS PENDING. When I started asking the executive to connect me to his manager he put me on hold and after 6 mins or so told me that his manager is nowhere to be found. I lost my patience completely. Then he told me that my payment was made and product will be delivered by 12AM!!!
I cancelled my order. Its been 3 days and I am neither refunded nor received an acknowledgment about the cancellation.
On calling the customer care, they still say that product is delayed and will be delivered. Nothing about the cancellation at all.
What is most irritating of all is that I had ordered for flowers which they say has been dispatched on 13th and are yet to be delivered!! Was this information helpful? |
