Extremely disappointed with service and customer support. Calls not picked citing you are busy. No reply to live support query on a regular basis. Response is very vague. No response to my email. Here I am having paid for a valentine gift for my wife and son to be delivered today waiting the whole day not knowing whether this will be delivered today or not. Tracking says processing since morning. I will find out the details of this your company and in case I do not receive the gifts today, I will lodge a compliant in the consumer court.
