[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Order #[protected] | |||||
I ordered this Order #[protected] on 14th Feb 2016 afternoon on getting confirmation from their customer care people who respond only on chat in the website sendmygift.com that my order would be delivered on 14th Feb 2016 before 9pm. I followed up with then called 10000 times their customer care number[protected] but it always said cant be picked due to congestion not sure there is congestion 24*7 for any company. They used to respond only on chat but they give same copy paste answer that it will be delivered soon .. But till today at 3pm 16th Feb 2016, it has not been delievered. sent many emails on their [protected]@sendmygift.com id but no response neither they sent any confirmation email till today. I have sent email to the 'payment.[protected]@sendmygift.com' for the refund. provided all details.
Provide the date and time atleast for the refund. You customer care number is 24 hours busy sice 14th Feb 2016. Nor received any email confirmation. Refund my amount !!

I am really pissed of following up with them. Their customer care number is always busy, not being picked up any day anytime since 14th Feb 2016 and today is 17th Feb 2016.
