[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Order and refund both not received yet | |||||
Shubha vijay on Feb 16, 2016 I had placed an order On 12th february for the mid night delivery on 13th february. I was supposed to receive the order on 13th midnight which I didnt. Nobody is even bothered to even call up and apologize for the same. From 13th eveningI have been calling Send my gift 5 but every time they say sorry and asks me to wait for another 1 - 2 hour for the order. On 14th feb evening I asked them for refund by calling them up. They said the entire amount will be refunded but yet not received any mail or any call from them Was this information helpful? | |||||
