I had placed an order On 12th february for the mid night delivery on 13th february. I was supposed to receive the order on 13th midnight which I didnt.

Nobody is even bothered to even call up and apologize for the same.

From 13th eveningI have been calling Send my gift 5 but every time they say sorry and asks me to wait for another 1 - 2 hour for the order. On 14th feb evening I asked them for refund by calling them up. They said the entire amount will be refunded but yet not received any mail or any call from them
