The said Order ID #[protected] was placed on 31-Dec-2015 for sending some dry-fruits as gift to my uncle in Hyderabad.
While submitting the Order, there was no alert stating, the order cannot be delivered for out-station within 1 day. The Order got submitted successfully.
After submit of the order, I have given call for Customer Care and verified with team if Order can deliver by 1st Jan, for which, I got confirmation that it will be delivered.
Unfortunate, the Order was not delivered at all. After few days, I received a call from Customer Care that due to bulk orders since year-end gifting time, it couldn't deliver at expected time and hence, they requested if they can deliver for next day. I accepted and requested to send fresh dry fruits.
Again this time also, it was not delivered. Hence, i requested for cancellation of Order and to refund the amount. From then, until today more than 15 times I am following up with Customer Care for the refund amount, but response from customer care is very poor and doing all false promises.
If the issue is not going to resolve in next 1 day, I am going to advertise about your services and post about your dirty services in all social networks. I will also inform to all my colleagues and friends to stop ordering through your website.
