Sendmygift.com — Order incomplete delivery | |||
Hi, I have ordered a bouquet and chocolates on 14th Feb around 10:44 AM for the same day delivery with the standard delivery option. I was informed that it will be delivered by 5 PM but it was not delivered, i called again to customer care they said it will be delivered before 9 PM, I requested for before 9 delivery they said ok, but neither i was delivered before 9 PM nor after 9 PM. They came to deliver my order in 15th Morning around 5:30 AM that to only flowers no chocolates. The most amazing part they say 24*7 customer service but after 7 PM nobody will pick you phone. Worst customer service. Please never ever try Sendmygift website for urgent deliveries. Was this information helpful? | |||
