On 8th of january i ordered some gift for my nephew on his birthday, when the items were not delivered, i followed up and came to know that there is a little delay but the items will be delivered in 3-4 days (That was in january). Since i did not get any intimation of delivery from send my gift, i checked with my nephew and came to know that he did not receive anything. From february till now i have lodged complaint through their web site through, feedback and enquiry, but no response till now. There is a live chat on the web site, have chatted with many of the people on line but for the past four months, they just write that they have escalated the matter, but unfortunately no status they were able to convey. I have done the payment in advance if the items are not available then atleast they should refund the amount. Why no communication on the order from this web site, i am unable to understand.
