Sendmygift.com — Order no[protected] pending event 14 feb passed | |||||
I have order on 13 Feb night and one guy online chat with me and said that he will process order as soon as i send order no to him. I was happy and placed the order. it took me 2 min to order and pay the amount via netbanking. when I gave him order no that guy leaved the HELP DESK and It was showing that I am in que and 47 people are are in que. However I gave the order no to chat person but he didnot responded. Now its 15 and order has not being delivered so far. Email sent to their customer-support email [protected]@sendmygift.com is bouncing back, because mail quota is exceeded. When I call customer-care computer told me they are very busy and unusual rush and disconnected the phone. WHAT THE **** SERVICE THEY HAVE? I a gonna chase them as long they did not refund me.
