[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Order no[protected] | |||||
I had ordered a bouquet. It was suppose to reach yesterday at 9 PM, but it has not reached till now. The useless CSE promised me that he will check and call me back but I never got a call. Now i have Cancelled my order and requested for a refund of my money ASAP. This is my first order with sendmygift.com. It was the worst ever. I will never ever book through sendmygift. Now coming to the point. I recieved a text msg saying sendmygift has sent an email with apology token of Rs 1000. But when i cgecked the inbox there is no mail at all. Again you guys are fooling.
These sendmygift guys are just fooling around people. They are just screwng everyone's happiness.
I would request consumer court to take some action against this organization.
First thing is change the tag line delivering emotions, it does not suit you guys at all.
