[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Order not delivered from last 5 days - order id[protected] | |
I have placed an order on 14th Feb, 2016 which was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb, 2016. Till today the order has not been delivered. Every time I try to reach out to the customer care, I am either disappointed with my line not getting connected to the person or I am being given a false promise of delivery ASAP everyday. I am unable to understand why are you making fake promises if you do not have the required infrastructure. I have also mailed twice to the customer care regarding my problem and to my biggest surprise, there is not even a courtesy mail reply that we are sorry for the trouble. Status of my order is showing Delivered and when i called Customer Care they told, don't worry sir..it is showing like that. But We are having actual history. We will deliver you ASAP.
