[Resolved]  Sendmygift.com — Order not delivered/refund not processed after multiple complaints

I have called customer care like 100 times since yesterday, they dont pick up the fone disconnect after 2 rings
I had chat with customer care 1000 times they leave chat and go and say please order more products
I mailed 10 times on their email but no reply

I placed order on 10 feb to be delivered on 12th feb but it has not been delivered and no one replies or gives the status.
