[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Order not received, cant track the order.. No hep from customer care

I have placed a order worth RS1198 on 13th of February. Fellow Customer Care agents mentioned that the order will be delivered on 14th. but till now my recipient has not received the order. None of the Customer care agents responsive.I am very much disappointed with this behavior. I have been cheated.
