Hi,
First and foremost change the caption of your organisation . "Delivering emotions " . Along with that change your customer support as well . Probably the worst I encountered so far . If you guys cannot handle large volume of orders why do you accept it on the first place.I ordered a VALENTINE SPECIAL cake and have not received it till now . Not really hoping to receive it but maybe just incase I do hopefully by next Valentine's it will come.My order id[protected]. I made payment through card. I want refund of my amount . I am anyhow gonna take this to consumer court . Such pathetic service .After taking the money neither that so called customer care contact number connects nor your "track your order" works . And your specialised agents that are there for 24/7 customer support don't consider it necessary to give a prompt reply . Since morning I was told order is processed . Entire day I waited . Completed ruined my day.
Worst service ever. Sincere suggestion please close down .
I have tried reaching out to you people in all possible ways and now finally dropping a mail. Hope this goes across !
And initiate my refund asap!
Once again thanks for that amazing service will make customers go back to it again n again !
