I raised an order on 11th Feb 2016 and wanted few flowers to be delivered on the same day. I have been chasing your customer service people for last 3 days and the order is not completed. I am trying to reach your number[protected] but no one picks the call throughout the day. I got a call from your representative who said the product is delivered but when i checked with the recipient it was not done. When i asked for the number of the person who delivered the order you guys had no information hence I am forced to state that you guys dont know how to run business or you are fleeing customers. I am surprised, the extent o[censored]nprofessionalism you guys show after taking customer's money. I am recording all conversation that i am having with your team and if my money is not refunded within 48 hours i will be forced to take legal course of action. I sound really rude but you have forced me to do so as i had to follow up for 3 days to get some bunch of flowers to be delivered and get no response for those numerous calls made to your customer service.
