Sendmygift.com — Order#[protected] not delivered yet | |||
I have placed one order#[protected] for Palatable Cake & Personalized Mug Combo on 28th Oct of cost 449, and selected the delivery date as 30th Oct. But the order has not yet been delivered yet. Multiple times I sent mails to [protected]@sendmygift.com but not received any reply yet. Tried calling [protected], [protected] given in the site but no one was answering the call. And now both the numbers are switched off. Not sure how else can i track my order. Please heme to get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

I placed an order on 24 October 2016 and it's been 7 days and i have not received any notification for the shipment of my order . I tried calling these guys many times in different numbers provided on their site but either the no is not in use or they do not pick up the call, even tried contacted them via mail but no use .

I placed an order on Oct 26th to deliver on Oct31st for my Wife's birthday.
Order no:[protected]
Order is not delivered. Their website is down and customercare numbers are switched off.
This is very bad customer service.
Cancel the order and refund money immediately.
