[Resolved]  Sendmygift.com — Orders not delivered

[protected],[protected] &[protected] has to be delivered on 16 and 14 Feb. None of the orders reached yet. Prabhu, Naveen from CC assured me they will reach. Keep calling them everyday, same response I get. On 17 I asked Gopinath to cancel, no update yet. Today Shubankar taken a request to cancel.
Please act o/w I have to take a legal action now.

Just want my money to be refunded, nothing else I can expect from you. Its been 3 days I am asking for my refund, and you CC executives are just doing nothing.

Cancellation request or what ??? If it is processed, shouldn't I get any confirmation mail stating that ?
