This is my second complaint which i am writing. The first one is not resolved yet and sendmygift.com is not even looking at it. I ordered 7 products from the website on 7th feb'16 with support of harsha m on live chat (Acted as a very supportive person during sales but later turned out to be ignorant) Following are the order ids with status till date - First column is the target date to deliver committed by harsha m on live chat. 8th feb[protected]Delivered but different version of bouquet) 9th feb[protected]Not delivered yet) 10th feb[protected]Delivered ok) 11th feb[protected]Not delivered yet) 12th feb[protected]Delivered on 13th but only chocolates while a mug was also ordered) 13th feb[protected]Not delivered yet) 14th feb[protected]Waiting for tomorrow to see if this will be delivered or not) In my previous complaint i got the information that things are delivered with in 3-4 business days. Its been 6 days since my order. They don't reply to my e-mails, live chat support is basically crap, support contact numbers are not working.
