[Resolved]  Sendmygift.com — Product not delivered 14th feb valentine day pathetic service

I ordered 2 gift on 13th feb order id[protected],[protected]
neither of them is delivered till today (15th feb 2016)delivery date was 14th feb valentine day but none of my gift delivered yet.Customer care is not providing proper support they are not giving me status of my gift and not even giving me any alternate no of customer care no as there customer care no that they have provided on website is not working.Email id is also not working 2 times my mail get bounced and once it delivered no reply I got from there end.
I am totally disappointed by their service I request everyone don't use this pathetic website for online delivery.Now i want my refund
If there is any mobile app of this website please uninstall it .
