Ordered flowers for someone's birthday, promised delivery date was 13th Feb.
it's 16th Feb today and it has not yet been delivered. Called them up twice and chatted with them once, got the same copied responses that they will deliver the product today, but it has not yet happened. Have asked them to refund the money, hoping that will happen on time.
Very poor service, bad quality of customer care representatives.
