Sendmygift.com — Product not delivered, 'fraud' company

This is regarding my order of Rs 1640 which I placed on Feb 11, 2016. The order id is[protected]. It was about to send on Feb 14, 2016 but yet it hasn't being received by receiver. I haven't got any confirmation mail and also I'm not able track my order as that is showing an error or something. No response from customer service as well.
I'm attaching the screenshots of page when I successfully placed order from sendmygift.com and also of the mail which I got from paytm regarding deduction of my money.
