[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Refund is not yet done

I have given order order no:[protected] on 10th Feb 2016. It should be delivered by 11th Feb 2016. But it was not delivered on time. Neither i got any update regarding that. After calling so many times just once they picked my call and told that the delivery will be late. I have cancelled the order, but no confirmation i have got on that. The amount is not yet refunded. Please help.

Although you have communicated & taken my account number to refund the amount. Assured me that by 18th Feb 2016 will get, but till now it hasn't been deposited. Even have mailed from my official mail id, still no body has responded to it. Each time have asked for a confirmation mail, even if you have assured me to drop me a mail, but haven't got any mail reg. the refund. Is this the way you treat the customers.
