Sendmygift.com — Worst service i have ever encountered! Company should change its name to 'unsendmygift.com'. | |||||
I had ordered(order id[protected] for a flower bouquet for my parents' anniversary on 1st March. Delivery location was kolkata. While ordering i was in constant conversation with an executive(kavyashree) of sendmygift, to whom i specifically mentioned that the order needs to be delivered before 11am, 2nd March. She confirmed that the order will surely be delivered in my requested time. The next morning(2nd March) i called up the customer care 4-5 times and inquired about the status of my order. The reply that i received every time was --"Sir, your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered within an hour". Even at 3pm in the afternoon the order was still not delivered. These guys do not have the slightest decency to atleast refund my money back. They are simply not bothered about their customers. I do not know who the owner is, but i guess this kind of service was not intended when he started this company. Either stop taking orders, close the company or please deliver things as promised.
