[Resolved] Sendmygift — Delivery issue and irresponsible attitude

I am writing this with lot of disappointment and pain, issue is I have placed an order on 11/02/2016 for delivery of gifts on 12/02/2016 (standard delivery). But till now delivery has not been done.
I have called customer care thrice, every time I happen to hear that it ll be delivered with in next 30 minutes and many time put up message in your online chat system.

This is what service you people are providing.

poor services i need to discuss with mandeep kaur so than only issues will resolved

order given on 8th feb for delivery of gifts on same day delivery (standard delivery). But till now delivery has not been done.
