Servify — screen damage | |||||
I have my one plus 3 damaged within a year due to accident The screen is currently broken and through servify app i sent it for repair I have repeatedly made calls to servify call centre asking me why they are charging me 8555 for screen damage when the device is under warranty They say i have not registered in app within one month of purchase I have checked amazon site and checked product details as well as terms and condition and no where they have mentioned to register in servify app in one month Though its servify company mistake of not creating awarness today i have to pay for the damage.
