I tried to book, ticket on SETC and i got my cash deducted and i dint get the tickets.
can you pl look in to it and confirm
bank transaction id # UPI/[protected]/PayRoYES0000011/setc.ba - Rs.2245/00, paid thru CRED, they have confirmed that cash has been credited to SETC, but i dint get ticket. its one week over, no customer care number is attended and mails are not responded
am unable to view any tickets in my account also.
