No Refund
I booked a ticket from Karaikudi to Hosur on June 16th (9.45 pm) for my trip on the 17th. The ticket fee Rs.450 was debited from my account (using GPay) but the ticket was not booked due to the reason:"Unable to Process Transaction". The money has still not been refunded. Kindly do the needful.

Setc conductor rude activity
We were travel in bus Tn 01an 2013 on 11th june.. the conductor rude behaviour and use unParliamentary words used again Passengers. driver also supporting to conductor.. very bad humanity activities..Kindly take any law actions to both of him. thank you..

Yesterday ( 10/04/2022 ) I booked a ticket from Trichy to Chennai the travel date is June 12, 2022, AC semi sleeper timing 13:15. The amount 755 rupees has been debited from my account but it shows transaction failed.

Conductor asked male passenger to sit near me(female)
I am from Coimbatore.. I am a female IT employee... I travelled coimbatore to Chennai on 16/04/2022 and reserved ticket for this travel on 11/04/2022.. I booked window seat and when I was booking, near seat was vacant.. During onboarding and time was 5 min bef departure, conductor suddenly asked me to get away from my seat and asked to sit in another seat near a female with a child, it is not window seat. I will get headache and vomit if I don't sit in fresh air circulation area... I refused stating it and also I have my laptop bag as well which makes me to sit comfortable in window seat.. but bus conductor started scolding me and made a male passenger to sit near me saying that guy reserved seat near me.. I booked in setc website as female, as per app and rules only female passenger can only sit near another female who booked seperately... So this journey made me more uncomfortable... Kindly take necessary action on the conductor as this kind of disgusting situation can happen to any female who travel alone.

Hello Team,
I have booked ticket from chennai to madurai. (Pickup point Tambaram) on journey date 14/10/2021, Bus timing 20:30 (Koyambedu time). For my booking I didn't get any confirmation message from SETC, Amount debited and I didn't cancel my ticket.
At the time of journey time I came to Tambaram office and they confirmed with conductor the Seat number 25 booked for Jeyabalan P. But they didn't allow to board the bus...

Bus not following government rules for covid 19
Sir, i am travelling from Chennai to trichy. Date ; 10.07.2021. Firstly, The conductor is not wearing a mask. Secondly he is taking g people for full capacity. Whereas the government guigeline says onky 50% of capacity to be seated. Thus he overrules government guidelines.
You are requested to check the matter so that combinedly we can avoid third wave.

Money deducted
Hi I did transcation using BOB Debit card for booking my ticket. The SETC bus Puducherry to Coimbatore. OTP came after enter all my debit card Details. I Entered OTP my money deducted from my account. But I didnt receive my E-ticket. Kindly consider my issue. I'm in money crisis.

Bullock cart ride at express fare

I am currently en route coimbatore to Chennai in an AC sleeper/seater SETC bus (TN01AN3189). The ticket is a bit pricey at 750 for a push back seat. The bus condition seems to be pretty good, but they are riding it like a bullock cart. When will these govt bus drivers learn how to drive? Huh?
Coimbatore to Salem (170 km) took around 3 hrs. Salem to Villupuram (180 km) took 4 hours. Thagara dappa madiri ottinaa enga ooru poi serradhu
Villupuram to Chennai conductor is saying might take 3-3.5 hrs. Totally, for a distance of 500 km, they are taking 10 hr and 30 min
Don't understand why the hell can't they drive a bit faster? I am not asking to fly like travels buses, but atleast a km a min. I am looking at Google maps and the speed never crossed 62 kmph. Kaalam maarinaa nammalum maaranum, upgrade aaganum. For driving at this speed, an setc is not required. An ordinary Villupuram depot bus is faaaarr better compared to this one. Phew, tiresome

complaint against boarding point

I have booked setc bus from chennai to nagapattinam on[protected] and have selected boarding point as cmbt instead of thiruvanmiyur. When i checked with conductor they mentioned that we cannot allow you to board at different point. Enquired in customer care also they are adamant. I have argued that nowhere it is mentioned in ticket or in website about this and they didn't agree. I need to take this to consumer court. What is the option for proceeding

Hi team,
Using my setc user credentials, i had booked ticket to travel on 26 april 2019. I’ve opted electronic city, nearby bmtc depot as my nearest pick-up point. I managed myself to be at pick-up point at least 15 minute before, and i reached accordingly. I waited for at least 120 minutes for a scheduled bus but i did not get a chance to locate the bus where it was. During this time, i tried contacting toll free number[protected] for multiple times to let them know my situation. It’s really helpless position where call did not connect and there was no contact number to reach for an assistance. By surfing through setc website, i spotted one more helpline number #[protected], unfortunately they support user quires about bus service but only bank related ones. I was completely disappointed with the service provided by setc. Fortunately, it was not an emergency situation for me to reach chennai if at all then it would have been different case of trustworthy of service provided by tamil nadu government.
I personally feel that private bus services are upgraded and they being in touch with user at least charging extra fair by facilitating additional amenities. But in setc perspective, they’re best in their service than anybody else. I would never prefer such a service in my life time and never recommend to anyone personal aid too. This is the extremist experience of setc bus service.
On 28 april 2019 around 1900hrs i went to cmbt to escalate the problem faced on friday. Platform number #6 where setc officials located. I explained in detail manner of my concern however, they looked and said bus serviced wasn’t deployed on friday at all, and there is no prior/later communication to those reserved users. They have taken it granted and suggested to report this issue with depot which is situated at the end of platform#6. While passing through the way, i had a chance check with group of drivers of setc. One of the driver told that these setc officials play such ping-pong game to deviate the issue on one another. But conclusively, he asked to raise this constraint through online instead of wasting time in with such helpless officials. At least i have got oral support from the driver who was looked me badly exposed victim. Here i am publishing details of my booked ticket evident to you, which helps me to get my money back.

I m travelling from thanjavur to hosur in setc ac bus started at vailankanni.. When i booked ticket it was showing 8pm as pickup time in tnj.. When i called driver once reached busstand on time he said bus will come at 9.45 only.. They reached by 10 and went for dinner and started at 10.30.. Almost 2hrs30mins difference.. I am mentally felt pressured.. Arrival time also will vary because of this delay and it is going to affect my working hours.. So only i planned for early departure and arrival.. They should update the time properly while booking.. I am going to file consumer complaint also..

How is it even unsafe for girls to travel? Just to travel to their native? Ok let me narrate my today's incident. For an emergency case i had to board the bus from a different staging than the one i booked. And still i dont have the answer why do we get the conductor's mobile number as a message. For the first time when i called, he gave me permission (I am paying him. But still i have to give him all honours and especially a fear in ur tone) for me to board from my comfortable staging. And now imagine its 11:30 in the night. And you are standing all alone in a bus stand with a scoundrel trying to touch you. By the way our conductor is still busy watching my call jus bcoz he is lazy enough to pick it. Finally my 11th attempt was successful. This time he didn't even had the courtesy to listen to what i am speaking. He picked up and disconnected it again. Time flew. Its 11.55 now. A little girl standing all alone in a bus stand with some rogues around her, seeking no help, and with no idea of whether the bus has left or not. What could anyone else have done in my position? Let this be apart. Even if we come across a numerous such cases, this society can't be changed. And it's an utter waste of time.
My questions are simple. Why didn't the conductor attend my call? How can he scold a passenger just because he/she changed their boarding stage? Who gave him the permission? Its really a worst scenario for any girl to travel late nyt.

not allowing luggage
We have booked extra seat for luggage but the conductor and officer are notallowing it. 5.30pm bus from coimbatore to chennai setc bus. Even we are not able to cancel the ticket since i booked in online busindi.com. So we dont get refund even if we cancel also. What is the money value for customers? Iys really very bad. Please look into tje online booking refund nd change the policy

making more persons to accommodate and no response
I am travelling from chennai cmbt to trichy now.. This conductor make more persons to get in bus and make them stand and sit in middle path between seats. I m unable to sit comfortable. I travelled in setc bus from bangalore-tambaram on 26th 10:30 pm. My bag was stolen which has laptop, airtel dongle and personal things. No way to track as there is no camera, most of the people travelling in the night time will be in sleep. When i approached the driver, he said its repeated one they heard from many people. I have filed complaint in police station and i have the copy if you need for proof.
Am suspecting a person who was seated front of my seat. Need to know the details and let me ask police to cross verify the person.
