I've tried to book the ticker from Bengaluru to Karur for 3rd March 2023 on 28th Feb 2023..I've tried to pay the transaction using Phonepe and the money got transferred. But unfortunately, my ticket was not even booked but the money got transferred...can u pls help me to sort out this issue.
