[Resolved]  Shaadi.com — deliberate deactivation of account

I opened account on this site on 14th sept.. within one week they deactivated my account and as soon as i loged in there was auto msg to Submit ID proof like pan card, driving lic, adhar card.

So i uploaded my pan copy on their site. despite with there was no activation.

I wrote email on there customer care email id asking why. There was no reply.
Continuous one week every day i wrote them that i have submitted my pan copy pls activate. but no reply from them.

Yesterday i saw a chat option on their site so i log in the chat and asked then the person is telling to Submit my residential proof, my education certificate & my work appointment letter!

Now why do they require my documents?? all they need is a ID which i gave then why are they asking??

Actual motive behind this is to make us pay for their packages and become registered member. They will call us endlessly convincing us to buy a package. And i[censored] dont buy then they will start asking proofs and deactivate account.

Also If any fake profile vulgur profile is reported to them then if that one is paid member then they will delete our profile & not theirs.

I have acomplaint ablt this site that they have deactivated my account despite providing my pan copy.. and they are asking unrelevant documents from me which they are not authorised to ask

Pls take action against this site a.s.a.p

Dear Consumer Complaints Team Thanks to u that this issue was resolved. And they dropped the criteria to submit salary slips & residnt proof etc. they have accepted my pan card scan. Thank u again.

They have not bothered to resolve my query. On the contrary they have deleted my account..!

After which they send me a promotional email saying PAN card can be submitted as ID proof.
This is a careless attitude towards consumers
