Dear Sir / Madam, I have activated my profile to shaadi.com centre at Pimpri Branch after paying a huge amount in the month of september 2013 for Six months and within ten days i have converted my profile membership to two years. I have received mail from your side that your services has been converted to two years but till today services has not been given to me. I have made various complaints but no reply from your side.
