I was holding an Premium Membership of Shaadi.com earlier. One of their sales person named Sejal coaxed me into going for Select Shaadi services promising that the services have improved and we will get value for money for the Select services package which costed INR 14000/-. We were very reluctant though as we had a bad experience in the past as well.
After going in for the Select services, we have'nt been getting relevant profiles. Moreover some of the profiles do not even match my partner preferences. There seems to be an automated system thats doing this work randomly than an agent actually handling the customer profile. Services are not delivered as promised. I had already mentioned to them several times that we are looking for personalized services not post man services.
Having said I' am not getting value for money spent on this services and am looking to dis-continue this service and have a refund back to my account. I am happy with Premium services itself. The company or their employees are wasting the money of the customer and thereby cheating them. Was this information helpful? |
