Shaadi.com — Promised us the service but didnt give proper service at all

A guy named Ganesh Narayanan from Shaadi.com kept calling us continuously everyday asking us to pay 15000 to get premium services where a consultant will be given to us to show profiles and insisted us to trust him that there were 2000+ profiles and if expected service not given he said he will refund the money. We trusted and we went to chennai office to verify what he said and there vignesh selvan referred by Ganesh to check promised the same that 2000 profiles were there and insisted us to pay 15000 to get access and if promised service not given he said he will refund we trusted and paid money but the consultant assigned didn’t even show more than 20 profiles and it’s been 2 months and we have raised complaints 3 times and they said they won’t refund money and that they will try giving the services we tried getting the profile but no one helped one consultant named bala krishnan said he didn’t have any profiles and 2000 profiles are not there at all so we requested again for refund of at least half the amount which they are not giving also the guy vignesh Selvan sent audio recordings in whatsapp saying we won’t any profiles for my brother and miscommunication in family and said all those mean words
