I subscribed for a premium service for match finding for my daughter and paid 15, 500.00 through online payment. It was offered that a personalised service will be offered based on the match finding criteria agreed before i made the payment. It was assured that the premium service will be served for 3 months, but within a week of making the payment the service department of the company informed that they cannot as they do not have profile meeting the agreed criteria. When i requested for a refund, the response was that they do not have policy of refunding the money but can offer me another service against the paid money for which i am not interested. The company do not have ethics value and are cheating people on such sensitive issue where the parents are trying to find suitable match for their child. Was this information helpful? |
