[Resolved] Shaadi.com — Unethical behaviour | |||||
I went for select shaadi plan and paid 10, 500 Rs via debit card. My shaadi.com profile is SH22664161. After they have taken my money, I was promised a call bac with the dedicated advisor. That happened after a lot of complainings and lot of hustle bustle. The dedicated advisor's name was Pranabesh Chandra. The person who was facilitating my slect shaadi membership payments and other formalities was NIkita. the phone number is [protected]. The dedicated advisor promised that he will send 4 matching profiles to us before yesterday but he did not send . No one is picking up the call now. Even when I called up someone picked up and then after listening to the problem cut the call.Please help here.It has been over one week now. They promised to send 4 profiles each week.
