Hi Team, we need Refund of my money that i paid for select shaadhi on 14th April and till date we never received any call from so called relationship manager as promised. I am tried of calling the customer service number as it get disconnected due to long wait and also the chat support promised me a callback in 4 hours (which is nonsense) but i didn't get any callback as promised.) I am tried of calling and chatting with the customer service agents as no one is able to help me. Nothing will be acceptable apart from refund of the money that i paid for select shaadhi, i am not willing to take this kind of service provided to me till now. We been cheated and after paying the money no one ever bothered to response to any of our concern.
