[Resolved] Shaadi.com — Poor assistance from the shaadi.com customer care and personal advisor

I have registered for vip consultant plan in shaadi.com for 3 months for around 27000 i have paid for the same and the worst service i have got from the vip personal advisor Neha Dey.Within 1.5 months she was not able to connect me to any of the VIP customers profile.And the ones which we liked she was not able to connect us with the same customer.she will not be in continous touch with us on working days.when we complained against her poor performance to the customer care even they were not able to help us out with any resolution.
