Shaadi.com — select shaadi subscription fraud

Hi team,

I was using shaadi.com for my son's profile and taken the premium subscription on 03/11/2019. After that shaadi.com team members (Sayeed and madiah - mumbai region) were continuously emphasizing us to take select shaadi subscription which will cost us rs.13000 and if we didnt get the required mathing profiles then they will refund the complete amount. My husband believed them and took the service on 21/01/2020 and done the payment.

Moreover they were asking us to modify our partner preference on call which should not be done. After that they have assigned advisor as mr. Ramesh rathod. Due to his shift timings (2 pm to 11 pm), he was changed and new advisor assigned to my son's profile, was ms. Bhavana mall. We have clearly told them our preference however, when they didnt get the required profiles (4 profiles every week) they forced us to modify our preference (Location/religion/educational background). And they blamed us that we have changed the partner criteria.

Later told us that they dont have the matching profiles. We were continuously waiting for the service.

Later, it has been admitted and told by the team that there no profile matches according to the requirements submitted by me. I requested them to refund rs. 13000 deposited by me on 21st january 2020 for select shaadi. From the last 26 days, we were patiently waiting for shaadi.com team to response us and refund the above-stated amount. However, they are denying for the amount and not providing us the service.

Please help us and suggest us what we should do.
