I am a seller on meesho. The returns were assigned to shadowfax service, and the returns have reached the hub but they are not delivering the returns, saying that the hub is situated in far location so the delivery couldn't happen. Its been months since the items are not received and when tried calling the hub incharge and the manager, they don't receive the call now.
