Hello I already paid 249 rs by UPI regarding awb number SF[protected]AJI. I have already paid that amount on 21st September. I attached payment receipt. Delivery boy refused to deliver my order. Even I raised ticket but no resolution.

    The delivery guy never attempts to pick up the defective ajio product order and I just receive a message every time that I dint respond to his calls. In fact when I call he never responds and when he does he tells me he will try coming the next day but he doesn’t . And when I go to the logistics with the product they ask me to put the order on return again and again. And Iam tired of mailing ajio . I really don’t know what to do with this as I don’t need that product.

          I am a seller on meesho. The returns were assigned to shadowfax service, and the returns have reached the hub but they are not delivering the returns, saying that the hub is situated in far location so the delivery couldn't happen. Its been months since the items are not received and when tried calling the hub incharge and the manager, they don't receive the call now.

                Dear sir,

                I’m robin chacko and my shadowfax food delivery app suspended due to some error happened and for the same company collected fine also . And they suspended for 7 days but now they informed our account has been terminated.
                The shadowfax account is different because we cannot call the customer ones we reached the location and the support team is not supporting and also waiting for the response ore call from...

                My flipkart order shippee through Shadowfax with shipment id - SF[protected]FK not delivered from many days. Unable to track details. Unable to connect with shadowfax customer service agents. Even flipkart customer service team is unable to fetch details of shipment and unable to connect with courier partner. Worst service from shadowfax. Kindly deliver my order. Very much disappointed.

                    Trough online insta person designer Mumbai ddm we had ordered 2 sarees . One Multi colour and one white . The multi Color saree sAys delivered and we received also . The white saris status says it’s delivered but not yet received . Both same
                    Address . But when tried to reach shadowfax it is asking registers mobile number but that is the person who send it is the registered number . So I can’t reach out to them also .

                    The order is for both the shipments

                    The white saree says delivered by 17th and other one is 18th . 17th saree is not received and 18th we received . Can you please help . We didn’t receive the saree

                    Order not received but status shows that the order got delivered and i complain about the issue they tell me that they will do something but nothing happened. I ordered a tunic top order placed on 8 October 2022 and it shows that the order delivered on 11 October 2022. Still not received the product and now company send the massage that they will not send the product or money

                        Courier boy denied delivery

                        From the last thre days i was talking with the courier boy everytime he was saying lies. Now he is saying that the courier boy on your route is on leave and we dont know when he will return. Till then your courier will be with us. And he was very rude and miss behaving.                                   Still my order is not received.

                                  When it will be solved .It has been more than a week and many complaints has been submitted to you from my side and you told me we escalated you concern to team .You guys just making fool of peoples. Nothing will be done just give promisses but nothing will be done.

                                    I have order product in meesho aap on 29th of August 2022 the order got delivered from shadow fax today 3rd of September 2022 and delivery boy said me that the order is from meesho aap i have contacted meesho app service care they said me that my order from meesho have not yet got shipped and i have reached to shadowfax office yo enquiry but the manager says i have ordered from facebook but i have ordered from meesho and delivery boy said that order from meesho i want to solve this problem and give back my return
