I ordered something from flipkart on 07.08.2022 with delivery date of 15.08.2022. Shadowfax called me on the due date when i requested a call back on their website and they said they have info that due date is 19.08.2022. On 16.08.2022, their website showed product out for delivery, but when i called their delivery number and entered my registered phone number with pin their system just said invalid input. When i requested call back from their website, only response was that someone would call me back in 24 hrs. When i tried calling their customer service number, only got response that someone would call back in 24 hrs and no live agent was available. On 16th, did not get any call back or delivery of my product. Never have i seen such horrible service by a courier.
